  • Where do I go if I need support or have questions?
    Click the Access Your Benefit button on this page to get started. Homethrive provides multilingual concierge support for finding sitters, care providers, and long-term placement childcare options. Care Guide support is available to Ecolab associates between 8 AM - 8 PM EST via scheduled phone call or messaging through the Homethrive platform. Homethrive's Assistant feature provides 24/7 multilingual support, answering general questions and addressing needs outside of the Care Guide operating hours.

  • Can I get help finding funding options?

    Yes, Homethrive Care Guides can assist members in locating, confirming eligibility for, and applying for financial assistance including private and public subsidies or other assistance options.

  • Is there an option to set up direct bill if enrolled in DCFSA?
    DCFSA typically is used for in-center care. So, if you enroll your child in a daycare found through Homethrive/UrbanSitter and are enrolled in DCFSA, you would be able to use DCFSA to pay for daycare. If you’re hiring an in-home backup care, you can submit for reimbursement with DCFSA for the care provided. You will need to provide documentation of the care provided, including dates, payment information, and possibly additional information. Associates are encouraged to check with their DCFSA vendor for complete details.
